The vocationnal school Mancy is located in the city of Lons-le-Saunier, "prefecture" of Jura. Located in the area of Franche-Comté, the school is about 150 km north east of Lyon and 120 km of Geneva. The establishment forms each year more than 380 students in the fields:

The staff of 80 members of the educative community (of which 35 formative teachers) is in charge of 380 pupils, apprentices, students, trainees and adults in 3 centers:

• the Mancy agricultural college
• the local branch of Agricultural Apprenticeship of Jura
• farm: firm equestrian Mancy, lists bizouard

The establishment is located near the Regional Natural Reserve of the plateau of Mancy. The school also hosts the French Association of Konik Polski horses and a branch of the Franche Comté Horse Council.
